Hotel policies

1. Check-in time is 15:00 pm.
2. Check-out time is 11:00 am.
3. Reservation will only be honored upon delivery of valid credit card details. Payment for the stay will be made upon arrival at the hotel.
4. Booking a stay at the hotel will not be considered as rent or sublease or any right of rent or sublease or any right or interest in the hotel area for the benefit of any guest or resident or visitor.
5. The company will always be considered the owner and full and complete control of all areas of the hotel.
6. Guests must ensure that the capsule / room door is properly closed all the time.
7. The management will not be responsible for all personal belongings and valuables left in the capsules / guest rooms or inside the lockers / luggage room.
8. If the guest has valuables (such as jewelry, money, etc.) in his belongings or in his luggage, he is obliged to inform the hotel about it.
9. The hotel may remove/throw away the personal belongings (luggage, bags, etc.) of the guest after 90 days of storage, in case the guest has not informed the hotel that he will collect them in a reasonable range of time.
10. The guest must maintain room and personal hygiene in a way that will not cause discomfort to other guests.
11. A value of one night will be charged for any cancellation or change made during 48 hours before the arrival date (arrival time 15:00). In case of cancellation of a pod booked without the possibility of cancellation (non-refundable), all compensation for the accommodation will be charged and the hotel will be able to do so from the moment the reservation is made.
12. Smoking / Vaping is not allowed on the hotel premises except in the place marked on the open terrace. Smoking or vaping in a forbidden area will allow the hotel to charge the guest an amount of 350 NIS in each case.
13. The loss of a mechanical key will result in a charge of NIS 100. Guests will be liable for damage caused by them or other guests for whom the capsule / room was booked for the hotel property as a result of negligence or intentional.
14. Unless otherwise stated above, the guest agrees to receive by email a newsletter and other exclusive discount offers from The O Pod Hotel.
15. Guests will bear the damage caused by themselves or other guests for whom the capsule/room was ordered to purchase the hotel as a result of negligence or willful intent.
16. It is forbidden to bring animals into the hotel, except guide dog for blind people (blind certificate requested).
17. For a long reservation of more than 30 nights (including a multi-room reservation that includes more than 30 nights), 30% of the total reservation must be paid, this is the amount for cancellation fees if the reservation is canceled at any time
18. All prices on websites does not include taxes, Israeli's residents (non-tourists) must pay 17% VAT (18% starting from 01.01.2025).
19. It is possible to make reservations for children from the age of seven (7) and up, but no more than two people will be allowed to stay in the capsules (only one guest will be allowed to stay in a single capsule). Children up to the age of 12 will only be able to stay in capsules attached to the floor level and not the capsules above these.
20. Check-in minimum age is 18.
21. The hotel may remove/evacuate the guest from the hotel immediately if the guest does not comply with the hotel's rules, in this case the guest may bear the costs of this action and the resulting damage.
22. The hotel reserves the right not to approve a shortening of a guest's stay who requests it for any reason, including a request to receive a refund for the remaining nights. If the hotel has approved a shortened stay with a full or partial refund of the remaining nights, the hotel reserves the right to choose how the refund is carried out.
23. Management reserves the right to add or update the Terms and Conditions at any time.
